NATIONWIDE ENERGY PORTAL INC. APPOINTS THREE SENIOR VICE PRESIDENTS

Houston, Texas - November 17, 2009

Pluris Energy Group Inc. (OTCBB:PEYG) , and its 100% wholly owned subsidiary Nationwide Energy Portal Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: PEYG)("Nationwide" or "the Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of three new senior executives to the Company's management team.

Linda LeMaster, Senior Vice President, Operations:

Ms. LeMaster is a highly effective leader with extensive electric power and natural gas financial, accounting, sales and operational expertise.  Her strengths include the technical expertise required to translate business requirements into overall systems and process efficiencies, development of analytical models, and building and managing highly productive teams.  Ms. LeMaster specializes in hedging strategy assessment, and assisting Brokers and Retail Electric Providers in the deregulated energy markets develop their business strategies.  She possesses expertise in planning, budgeting, financial accounting, derivative accounting, and risk management in the wholesale and retail power, and natural gas areas of the energy sector.  Ms. LeMaster has performed duties in her career as an operational analyst, an accounting administrator for FERC, SEC, SOX, and PUCT filings and as a senior F&A representative to ERCOT and voting member to ERCOT TAC.  Her prior tenures have included acting as CEO to Respond Energy Solutions, a retail energy broker, as consulting CFO to Everest Consulting Partners, Finance Director of First Choice Power, Vice President of Texas Operations, Five Point Power and as the Trading & Accounting Manager for TXU.  Ms. LeMaster also possesses extensive experience in software systems development and implementation.  As Senior VP, Operations, she is a key contributor to the mandate and policy development of Nationwide.

Raymond Hoppe, Senior Vice President, Business Development:

Mr. Hoppe brings to Nationwide an extensive experience and proven track record in facilitating transactions from original contact to financial structure and analysis, through legal to final closure in the deregulated electrical energy and natural gas sectors.  Prior to joining Nationwide, Mr. Hoppe was the Senior V.P., Sales and Marketing for Affordable Power, LP where he led and managed direct retail sales forces, marketing, forecasting, wholesale purchasing and hedging, pricing and operations for Affordable's retail electric business.  He was directly responsible for increasing Affordable's revenues by over 400% during fiscal 2009.

Mr. Hoppe's expertise includes in-depth knowledge and practical experience in developing certification and registration efforts in other deregulated energy markets throughout the US, managing, purchasing, hedging and optimizing wholesale supply portfolios for aggregated retail loads on behalf of client companies, liaising with regulatory and governmental bodies throughout the deregulated energy markets and the operational development of complex integrated software infrastructures.  Mr. Hoppe was the Vice President Operations & Sales for Vantage Power Services and Vantage Wind Services where he developed the wind services unit to a $9.0 million profit in his first year and brought Vantage's power services unit to an increase in revenues of approximately 440% in his second year as its lead strategist, hedging and wholesale supply portfolio specialist.  Other notable tenures of Mr. Hoppe's include Regional Manager - New Business Development for Excelergy, Director of Business Development for Automated Power Exchange, Inc., Director, Power Origination for Duke Energy (NYSE:DUK PRA) (NYSE:DUK) Trading & Marketing Inc., and Director, Power Origination for Houston Industries (Reliant Energy).

Brian S. Smith, Senior Vice President, Wholesale

Mr. Smith brings to Nationwide, 14 years of expertise as a senior software development engineer, specializing in the creation of software platforms and designs for the energy sector.  Specifically, he has developed and deployed proprietary forecasting and settlement software for energy wholesalers, which have been utilized in the deregulated electricity markets since inception.  Prior to joining Nationwide, Mr. Smith acted in the capacity of senior software development designer for ERCOT shadow settlements.  He acted as contract software development engineer for Ambit, a Texas based Retail Electric Provider, where he implemented their shadow settlements and designed the Dingo™ Forecasting Software engine, which creates electric load forecasts and back-casts enabling the user to make more effective wholesale electricity purchase decisions.  Mr. Smith acted in the capacity of Manager; Wholesale Forecasting & Settlements for Stream Electric & Gas, where he reconfigured Stream's purchasing strategies, resulting in multi-million dollar savings in load imbalance charges and ERCOT letters of credit resulting in greatly reduced operating costs and increased efficiencies for Stream.  Mr. Smith's role as a senior executive of Nationwide is comprised of implementing the Company's wholesale forecasting and settlements related software deployments on behalf of Nationwide's client base.  He is responsible for developing Nationwide's new software architecture designed to assist Nationwide clients to implement their NODAL transition requirements to the ERCOT electric energy market.

He will additionally be developing new wholesale forecasting software applications for Nationwide's clients related to other deregulated electric and natural gas markets throughout the United States as part of the Company's mandate to emerge into other utilities.
